The Gränsfors Bruk Byrne Ceramic Sharpening Stone is composed of ceramic stone is a man-made sharpening stone with two grinding faces: a coarse side (180 grit) for repairing damage and heavy wear, and a fine side (600 grit) for sharpening. It is round and flat, with a beveled edge. The Byrne Sharpening Stone is normally used with water, but can be used dry. The sharpening stone comes with a protective rubber carrying case.
